KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sort and rinse dishes and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dishwasher
- Sort clean dishes and transfer clean dishes to proper storage areas
- Very minimal "by hand" or 4 bay washing, dishwashing machine is primarily used.
- Clean/Organize dishwashing area at end of night
- Sweep/mop floors
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
- Possess the ethics and positive attitude that support our values and culture
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
- Reliability and understanding that you are the hub of the restaurant, being present for your shift is important for the whole team!
- Strong communications skills
- Postive attitude, self- motivated
- Can work at a good pace
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Must be at least 17 years of age
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS:
- Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours per day
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Will frequently carry, lift, reach, bend, stoop and climb
- Must be able to work in both warm and cool environments
- Must be able to tolerate higher levels of noise from music and customer traffic
- Must be able to tolerate wet environments
- Must be able to tolerate potential allergens: egg, dairy, soy, gluten
