Many of our Members choose to seek growth afterwards by engaging with our leadership development program (LDP). The LDP provides many opportunities for both personal and professional growth.
We are committed to providing the best skills for each of our leaders. Throughout each step of the LDP you are challenged to learn and develop.
Team members who completed their LDP process become Team Leaders: then become Assistant Managers: and then Director of Operations. The LDP is open to anyone who is seeking to invest in their Chick-fil-A journey.
