Role Summary: 

Chick-fil-A Maintenance Team Members will work directly with a the Operator, Leadership, and with other Team Members to provide a remarkable experience to guests and fellow Team Members alike by maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Experience in the janitorial or equipment/facility maintenance field is preferred but not required. Come join one of the country’s most respected brands and help serve the Central Oregon community! 

Responsibilities of a Maintenance Team:

• Cleaning building floors (vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, sweeping)
• Gathering and emptying indoor trash
• Clean, service and resupply restrooms
• Clean windows, mirrors and other glass surfaces
• Engaging in building security and safety activities (checking and locking doors, checking electrical appliance)
• Moving equipment, supplies, and furniture
• Informing managers about required repair and maintenance activities
• Maintaining tools and equipment needed for Cleaner/Janitor duties
• Requiring supplies of the tools and equipment needed for Cleaner/Janitor duties

Qualifications: 

• High school graduate or equivalent 
• Must be 18 years of age or older 
• Experience in the janitorial field is preferred 
• Genuine desire to serve others 
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Proactive and able to work at a self-driven pace 
• Able to work effectively on a team and in pressure situations 
• Learn and move quickly 
• Attention to detail 
• Desire to maintain a clean and safe working environment 
• Must be able to lift 30 or more pounds
