Home Care Providers - Urgent Director of Finance Needed

Home Care Providers, a trusted name in the Southern California area for almost 30 years, is seeking a Director of Finance to join our team. As we aim to scale from $2M to $10M+ in the next five years, we need a talented individual to lead our finance organization, drive process improvements, and ensure financial health.

Duties and responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support long-term business planning.
• Lead the development of financial strategies to scale the business and monitor key financial metrics.
• Oversee FP&A function, prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, compliance, and transparency.
• Identify and implement process improvements and technology solutions for scalability.
• Manage cash flow, processing A/R, A/P, Payroll, and Client Billing.
• Lead and mentor a small finance team, communicate financial performance clearly.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Excellent communication skills and ability to present clearly.
• Self-motivated, organized, and proficient in Microsoft Office and other business systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in a high-growth environment.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online or similar software.
• Prior experience managing financial operations in a $2M-$10M revenue business is a plus.
