We are actively searching for the right individuals to invest in that are ready for the challenge to lead and manage a premier sandwich shop as a Jimmy John’s shift lead. Alongside the management team, a shift leader manages all functions of a Jimmy John’s restaurant to ensure customer service and high-quality products are delivered to ensure restaurant profitability when the Assistant or General Managers are not on duty. Shift leads must execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity. Prior management experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individuals.

Qualifications:
- Ability to work up to 40 hours per week
- At least 18 years of age
- Basic understanding of E-mail, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to handle fast-paced and high-stress situations in the store
- Organized with strong aptitude in establishing priorities in the store with minimal supervision
- Comfortable with delegating tasks and coaching staff including sandwich makers and delivery drivers/bikers
- Ability to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly throughout shifts
- Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift
- Ability to work a variety of daytime lunch, evening/night and weekend shifts
- Ability to work in a variety of local locations a plus
