  • $11.00 - $13.00 per hour for part-time employees.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
  • Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
  • Stock kitchen inventory as needed
  • Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
  • Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
  • Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
  • Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Compliant with uniform and hygiene expectations.
  • Understands and follows the guidelines and procedures for food safety. 
  • Believe yourself to be optimistic, and friendly, have strong character, and enjoy serving others. 
  • Believe punctuality, communication, and reliability are clear traits you possess and would have no issues demonstrating these traits consistently.
  • Play an integral role in preserving a culture that chooses you, cares for you, and invests in you.

  • Would enjoy the idea of working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Be responsible for filling your shift if you are not able to work.

  • Available to work between 15-30 hours a week (Part-Time) or 30-40 hours a week (Full-Time).
  • Available to work on Saturdays.
  • Spanish, bilingual is a bonus.
  • Ability and willingness to lift or move 20-40 lbs.
