Job Description
Chick-fil-A Eastpoint is looking for an outgoing and motivated individual to join our team immediately! This individual should have a passion for serving others and operating with excellence. As a Back of House Team Leader, you will work closely with the Kitchen Leadership Team to take ownership of the day-to-day BOH operations, including routine restaurant equipment maintenance, inventory management, and other kitchen duties as assigned.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Team Management
- Ability to open, work first-shift/day-shift (Availability ranging from 4:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.)
- Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume fast-paced restaurant
- Ensure food safety requirements are met and followed
- Assisting in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, act as a role model for our team
- Adhere and enforce all policies and procedures
Knowledge/Skills/ Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age for this position
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- Proficient in English
- Valid Driver's License
- Servant leader, team oriented, with a passion for people and world class service
- Well organized with excellent verbal, written, and electronic communications skills
- Skilled in Problem Solving and Troubleshooting
- Experience with restaurant equipment maintenance (preferred)
- Experience with inventory management (preferred)
- At least 1 year of management experience (preferred)
- Proficient in Spanish (preferred)
