Front of House Team Member

Rate of pay$16 - 18 per hour

Our Chick-fil-A Eastpoint team is looking for outgoing and motivated individuals to join our team immediately! Our Front Line Team Members are the face and heart of Chick-fil-A, and they must possess great customer service and communication skills. This is for people who are looking for day shift work only.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Strong communication/verbal skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with other team members
  • Team members are expected to work on their feet for several consecutive hours
  • Ability to lift 40 - 60 pounds on a consistent basis
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in English language


Primary Duties & Responsiblities:

  • Enthusiastically greet guests
  • Accurately take and fulfill orders
  • Deliver food within a timely manner
  • Front line training includes, but is not limited to: cashier/register duties, Drive-thru, bagging food, preparing milkshakes
  • Maintain strict adherence to Food Safety and Health Department procedures at all times
  • Follow all Team Member Handbook Policies
  • Cash and coupon accountability
  • Ensure restaurant cleanliness
  • Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time. Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.
