Description 

Chick-fil-A Eastpoint is looking for an outgoing and motivated individual to join our leadership team immediately! This individual should have a passion for leading and developing others. As shift supervisor you would take ownership for the Front Line during your shift and ensure that every guest receives great service during their visit. 


Primary Duties & Responsibilities 

  •  Shift management
  • Ability to open and/or close
  • Plan breaks in accordance with federal/state labor laws
  •  Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume fast-paced restaurant
  •  Key Holder 
  •  Count Drawers 
  •  Finalize Day
  •  Ensure food safety requirements are met and followed
  • Assisting in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, act as a role model for our team
  • Adhere and enforce all policies and procedures


Knowledge/Skills/ Requirements 

  • Must be at least 18 years of age for this position
  •  High School Diploma or equivalency 
  • At least 1 year of management experience (desired)
  • INFORM experience (desired) 
  • Serve Safe Certification (desired)
  • Valid Driver’s License (desired)
  • Servant leader, team oriented, with a passion for people and world class service 
  • Well organized with excellent verbal, written, and electronic communications skills
