Morning Time Front of House Team Member

As a Front of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A, your primary responsibility is to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional and speedy service to our guests. Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

Guest Service:

  • Welcome guests warmly with a smile and genuine enthusiasm to create a positive first impression.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring every guest receives exactly what they desire.
  • Anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile to exceed their expectations, delivering a truly remarkable experience.

Drive-Thru Operations:

  • Manage drive-thru operations with speed and precision while maintaining a focus on safety and courtesy.
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests through our headset system, providing attentive service without sacrificing efficiency.
  • Ensure the drive-thru experience is seamless and enjoyable, leaving a lasting impression on every guest.

Dining Room Operations:

  • Create a welcoming atmosphere in the dining area by maintaining cleanliness and orderliness at all times.
  • Assist guests with seating arrangements and special requests, demonstrating genuine care and hospitality.
  • Engage with guests proactively, making personal connections and ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to maintain a positive work environment and uphold Chick-fil-A's values.
  • Communicate openly and respectfully with team members to address any issues or concerns promptly, always keeping the guest experience in mind.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate, striving to raise the bar for customer service excellence.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Consistency and reliability with an emphasis on strong adherence to the published schedule
  • Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including standing for extended periods, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, and working indoors and outdoors
  • Commitment to upholding physical and food safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure and comfortable environment for guests and team members alike
