Position Type: Full-Time, 38-45 hours/week

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience as a leader
  • Proven ability to lead in quick-paced environments as part of a team
  • Basic computer competency
  • Must be available to work Saturdays with only 6 missed Saturdays of work per year.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Willing to commit to strive for personal greatness each day
  • Responsible for overseeing the daily functions of a shift for front or back of house
  • Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to the Leadership Team.
  • Works with the leadership team to ensure appropriate daily and restaurant staffing levels.
  • Must be an excellent coach, communicator and team builder.
  • Achieve strategic, annual business results through focus and action on tactical monthly and quarterly objectives and tasks.
  • Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback.
  • Serves as subject matter expert to leadership for ongoing hospitality and service support.
  • Complete understanding of each key position in both the front and back of the store.
  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to standing for up to 9 hours and lifting up to 40lbs.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Previous experience at Taco Bell, Arby's, Steak N Shake, Panera Bread, Culvers, McDonald's and more are encouraged to apply!

  • -Responsible for tone of the restaurant-POSITIVE ENERGY!!!
  • -Hold team accountable to policies and procedures
  • -Hold other leaders accountable and report to your directors
  • -Responsible for the results of the restaurant
  • -Responsible for developing the team under you
  • -Responsible for training a team member to fill shoes
  • -1 year minimum commitment to CFA
  • -Full Availability with 40 hours minimum
  • -May only have 6 Saturdays off throughout the year and 12 days off in the year

  • -Daily Food Safe completed each shift
