The Lake District Chick-fil-A is looking for an entrepreneurially minded hospitality professional with restaurant experience to lead our business. The Director team sets the vision for store operations and works as a team to implement both Front of House and Back of House operational processes. To support this operation, the chosen candidate must possess the necessary skills to recruit, onboard, and train high-quality candidates to serve in the restaurant. - Create team schedule minimum of 2 weeks in advance.
- Enhance the hiring process to continually improve qualified staff
- Any other duty assigned by Operator
- Inventory management - including overseeing truck orders and weekly/monthly counts
- Conduct weekly and quarterly meetings with Managers and Team Leaders
- Focus on and maintain Food Safety, Food Quality, and Customer Service standards.
Success Factors and Measurements:
- Labor - Top 20% of chain
- Food Safety - Safe Visit Score (1), Daily Safe Critical (3 per day)
- Food Quality - Q.I.V. Visit 95 or above, follow recipes 100%, E.R.Q.A.’s (1 per day)
- Food Cost under ~1% gap
- C.E.M. scores - top 20% of the chain
- Maintain top 20% of the chain in sales growth and customer experience
Pay and Benefits:
- Work a minimum of forty-five hours per week in the restaurant, with open availability
