Job Summary: A DLCCC Front Desk Representative is responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests.
Key Duties and Tasks:
- Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
- Handle all front desk related activities including:
- Serves as the first point of contact for all customer questions, concerns and comments
- Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
- Check-in members
- New member enrollments.
- Stays current on new program offerings and schedules
- Attend Front Desk meetings
- Schedule court use, classes and any other appointments and needed
- Daily POS activity
- Update member account information
- Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Manager as needed
- Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club
- Other duties as assigned by the Front Desk Supervisor
Desired Qualifications:
- Customer service background preferred
- Knowledge of a POS system
- Enjoys meeting new people
- Basic computer proficiency
- A passion for fitness and health
- Upbeat and positive attitude
- Punctuality and reliability are a must
- Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member’s expectations
- Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve
- Dedication to the success of the facility
- Wear appropriate clothing
- Maintain a positive attitude with members and staff
Position:
- Is a part-time position
- Is an “at will” position
- Reports directly to the Front Desk Supervisor.
