Responsibilities
- Build the Brand: Develop and execute a catering strategy to attract new clients and increase repeat business.
- Protect the Brand: Adhere to Chick-fil-A Brand Guardrails and ensure all catering orders meet the company's high standards.
- Client Relationships: Track catering client feedback and maintain relationships to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
- Logistics & Coordination: Communicate daily catering orders with the kitchen and front-of-house teams. Ensure orders are set up and delivered to client locations per Chick-fil-A guidelines.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep catering equipment, tables, vehicles, and the catering area clean and organized. Perform regular preventative maintenance.
- Train and Coach: Lead and train the team on catering services, ensuring a high standard of service is maintained across all shifts.
- Follow-Up: Ensure every client receives a follow-up call to thank them for their business and encourage repeat orders.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must have a personal vehicle available for work-related duties.
- Must pass a driving background check in accordance with Chick-fil-A guidelines.
- Demonstrates responsibility, accountability, professionalism, and strong organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Proactive in seeking out new business opportunities in the community.
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating with both the Marketing Director and Operator.
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining high standards of service.
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods of time.
