THE DIFFERENCE YOU WILL MAKE:
- Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, preparing meals, medication reminders, light housekeeping, & companionship
- Maintain a safe & comfortable home environment for clients
- Communicate and document progress with the care team
