Essential Functions:
- Foster our mission: To attract, train, retain and treasure the best care professionals
- Develop strong relationships with care professionals
- Strive to be care professional’s primary employer via consistent scheduling and maximizing desired hours
- Work with Care Managers to effectively staff and match care professionals and clients based on skills and mutual interests
- Boost employee retention with company-wide strategic initiatives
- Recruit, screen, interview, onboard new teammates
- Build pipelines of prospective candidates through professional networks, and targeted community outreach and recruitment events
- Assure the caregiving team successfully completes initial and annual training requirements
Required
- Customer service experience
- Positive attitude with team-player mindset
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- PC literacy
