THE DIFFERENCE YOU WILL MAKE:
- Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, preparing meals, medication reminders, light housekeeping, & companionship
- Maintain a safe & comfortable home environment for clients
- Communicate and document progress with the care team
- Foster meaningful relationships built on trust and support
WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT CANDIDATE:
- Excellent communication skills (English proficiency encouraged)
- Compassionate personality
- Patient, kind, and have a heart for working with senior adults
- Drug Screen, Criminal Background Check, TB Test or Chest X-Ray needed
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid New Jersey HHA Certificate (Required)
- Valid drivers license and personal transportation
