Sylvan Learning Center - Academic Operations Manager

Sylvan Learning Center is urgently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Academic Manager to join our team!
In this role, you will:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our Piedmont Sylvan location.
- Oversee a team of part-time teachers, fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
- Ensure the smooth delivery of Sylvan's academic programs to our students.
- Collaborate with the Center staff to develop and implement strategies for student success.
- Meet with parents regularly to update them on their child's progress in the Sylvan program.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Previous experience with students, teaching/education, parents, and/or educational sales preferred.
- Prior management experience is a plus.
- High energy, with the ability to motivate and engage a team.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Availability in the later afternoons/evenings
