SERVPRO of Coeur d'Alene is growing! We are seeking a talented and motivated Water Restoration Supervisor to join our team. As a Restoration Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in coordinating, overseeing, and performing restoration processes to ensure quality control and customer satisfaction. $500.00 sign on bonus after 30 days!

Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, oversee, and perform restoration processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
- Manage the customer and client experience and overall project satisfaction
- Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities
- Thoroughly document restoration projects and support the services provided
- Manage labor, equipment, and supply usage on assigned projects
- Communicate progress, problems, and important updates with internal team members
- Verify all safety protocols are established and followed for workplace safety
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle and equipment maintenance, as assigned
- Coach and train restoration technicians
We offer flexible scheduling options:
Shifts are four 10-hour days: Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday
Position Requirements:
- Effective oral communication skills
- Basic math skills
- At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferred
- High school diploma/GED
- IICRC certifications preferred
- Ability to wear full PPE
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
- Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
