Chick-fil-A Dining Room Host/Hostess

You’ll provide table-side service, assist guests with placing orders, and ensure that the dining room is clean and inviting. This role is perfect for someone with a heart for hospitality and a passion for going above and beyond to serve others.
Responsibilities:
- Guest Engagement: Create a warm and friendly atmosphere by greeting guests, answering questions, and checking in during their meals.
- Table-Side Service: Assist guests in using the Chick-fil-A app to place orders. Take and deliver orders directly at tables, ensuring accuracy and a seamless experience.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized dining room, including clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking supplies.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns promptly and with a positive attitude to ensure satisfaction.
- Team Support: Assist team members with tasks as needed, contributing to a smooth operation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a host/hostess or server position (3-5 years of experience preferred)
- A friendly, service-oriented attitude with a passion for hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and organization.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
