Chick-fil-A 7th Ave. & Roosevelt is the first Chick-fil-A restaurant to serve the Downtown Phoenix community. The Owner/Operator, Dylan Carder, has been a part of Chick-fil-A for over 13 years. POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Restaurant Director is responsible for the successful leadership and management of the business, leading 120+ team members, and strategic planning of the organization. You will need to be a gritty, high level thinker, with strong problem solving abilities, and a love for collaboration. Applicants must have an attitude of continuous improvement when it comes to our 5 Critical Success Factors: Leadership, Customer Experience, Talent, Sales & Brand Growth, and Financial Stewardship.
The ideal candidate has at least three years of Chick-fil-A leadership experience, or a proven record of leadership driven results from another organization. Prior experience with Chick-fil-A is not required. The option to pursue being a Chick-fil-A Owner/Operator or corporate staff member is available for leaders serving at this level of the organization. A passion for the brand, a clear "Why", and a growth mindset is a must for Director level leaders. This position requires an average of 45 hours per week, with the 6-8 weeks surrounding Grand Opening requiring as much as 60 hours per week (with overtime).

Company Information
In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®.
