Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food meeting Chick-fil-A standards
Stock kitchen inventory and maintain cleanliness
Stay updated on new products and complete all assigned tasks
Adhere to safety protocols and report any issues
Follow Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

Cheerful and positive attitude

Strong interpersonal skills and detail-oriented
Able to multi-task and work well independently or in a team
Flexible schedule availability
Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs regularly and stand for long periods
