FRONT OF HOUSE specific job duties include greeting guests, taking guest orders, serving food to guests, providing outstanding service in the dining room, and maintaining a clean & safe restaurant environment. 

Front of House Responsibilities:

  • Positive attitude and a great smile
  • Provide enthusiastic and genuine care for all guests 
  • Execute all procedures as laid out by leaders (this includes Food Safety, Service, and Cleanliness models)
  • Create a welcoming and kind environment between yourself and other team members 
  • Proactively contribute to the cleanliness of both guest and team member areas 
  • Willing to participate in cross training 
  • Know all relevant Standard operating procedures
  • Consistently follow all food safety and physical safety procedures. 
  • Set personal and professional goals and work to achieve them 
  • Respect your teammates by being on time for shifts 
  • Resolve problems for guests using the H.E.A.R.D. model (Hear, Empathize, Apologize, Resolve, Delight) 

Job Requirements

  • Must be Available to work anytime between 6am-4pm
  • Display initiative & a positive attitude 
  • Work hard in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency 
  • Willing to learn & be coach-able

  • Flexible and able to multi-task

  • Must be punctual, show up on time, and arrange for covers when unable to work scheduled shift.

  • Must be willing to set an example and hold each other accountable. 
  • Repetitive use of hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation. 
  • Must be neat, professional, and willing to follow appearance requirements. 
  • Must be able and willing to stand, walk, and work on their feet for extended periods of time.
  • Environmental exposure to temperatures. All front of house team members are expected to work outside in Drive-Thru.
