Bomberger's Store - Immediate B2B Sales Account Manager Needed

Bomberger’s Store, a family-owned home improvement retailer in Lititz, is seeking a talented B2B Sales Account Manager to join our team. The position works with the outside sales lead generator to service new and existing business accounts with pricing and successful fulfillment of orders of hardware products.
Responsibilities:
• Understand sales goals across the store
• Work in tandem with outside sales lead generator to find new accounts
• Will be inside contact for B2B customers to contact after relationship has been established
• Be available in-store to communicate with established and potential business customers.
• Develop a familiarity with sales packages of any hardware products
• Work on finding non-stock items from outside normal sources
• Create orders and work with receiving and delivery teams to smoothly execute delivery of product.
• Answer customers' questions about services, prices, availability, or credit terms.
• Consistently meet and work with commercial sales team to create cohesiveness within the group with accounts that cross over departments
• Keep track of customers in a CRM program
• Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance with a consistent schedule
Requirements:
- Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Valid PA Driver's License
