Responsibilities:

Warmly greeting guests upon arrival and departure at the Great American Ballpark location
Operating cash registers and managing transactions efficiently
Ensuring accuracy in pricing and quantity while scanning items
Accepting payments in a cashless environment
Safely packaging purchased items for customers
Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience with POS systems and cash registers preferred
Basic computer proficiency
Strong mathematical skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to resolve customer complaints effectively and with empathy
