Via Roma in North Royalton is seeking experienced Hosts/Hostesses to join our team. As we prepare to open in the old Carrie Cerino's location on Ridge Road, Via Roma will offer a fine dining experience with classic and upscale Italian cuisine. Join us in a beautifully remodeled location that includes a full-service restaurant, nightclub, and event center, providing numerous growth opportunities for dedicated Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Daily confirmation of all reservations
• Greet each guest warmly upon arrival
• Thank customers graciously as they leave
• Seat guests and present menus
• Take takeout orders, answer phone queries, and input orders into the POS system
• Remain attentive to guests' needs throughout their visit

Requirements

• Ability to multitask while maintaining a friendly demeanor
• Stand for extended periods with a positive attitude
• Excellent communication with colleagues, management, and guests
• Thorough knowledge of Via Roma's menu items and beverages
• Efficiently operate the restaurant's point of sale system
• Consistent punctuality and positive attitude
• Accurate financial reporting and cash handling

Hours of Operation

Monday-Friday: 4pm-10pm

Saturday-Sunday: 10am-10pm

Compensation: $15 - $19 per hour
