Via Roma is seeking a talented Server to join our team in North Royalton!

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning duties as required by management
• Completion of all side work before, during, and after the shift as required by management
• Greet and thank customers warmly
• Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations
• Stay attentive to guests' needs at all times
• Ensure a seamless dining experience for every guest

Requirements

• Ability to multi-task while maintaining composure
• Excellent communication skills
• Thorough knowledge of menu items and beverages
• Proficiency in the restaurant's point of sale system
• Punctuality and positive attitude
• Accurate financial reporting and cash handling

Compensation:

$5.25/hr plus tips.

Hours of Operation:

Monday-Friday: 4pm-10pm

Saturday-Sunday: 10am-10pm
