As a Server Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive impeccable service. You will support our servers by providing prompt and attentive service, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and helping to create a memorable dining experience for all our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist servers with setting up and clearing tables efficiently.
• Provide prompt and courteous service, including refilling water glasses and assisting with menu questions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sweeping and resetting tables.
• Help with the preparation and delivery of food and beverages to tables.
• Support the front-of-house team in managing guest requests and ensuring satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management.
• Performing end-of-day clean-up duties
• Bringing customers to their seats
• Performing bread service and/or greeting guests at their tables

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
