As the Senior Restaurant Leader, you will have the opportunity to work directly with the Operator, upholding Chick-fil-A brand standards and developing leaders and team members around you. Please note: This role is a hands-on, active restaurant leadership role, requiring high level strategic decision making as well as task-level activities. Our leaders do not supervise the team, they coach and lead.


Previous Chick-fil-A Operations experience is highly desired, but not required.

Requirements:

  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Proven record of effective leadership
  • ServSafe Certification Preferred
  • Ability to lift fifty pounds
  • Must be able to provide references upon request

Compensation: $17.00-$25.00+/hr depending on availability and qualifications
