We are looking for a motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to help us expand our brand reach and enhance customer engagement through innovative marketing strategies.


Position Summary:


The Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in shaping the brand’s voice and expanding its digital and offline presence. This position is ideal for a creative and analytical individual who is comfortable working across different marketing channels and media. The Marketing Specialist will lead initiatives to promote Casa de Fruta’s many offerings, engaging new and returning visitors through social media, content creation, public relations, and event promotion. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners will be key to achieving business growth and enhancing customer loyalty.


Key Responsibilities:


Social Media Strategy & Management:

  • Develop implement, and refine social media strategies to drive engagement, brand awareness, and growth across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok and YouTube.
  • Create, curate, and manage content, including images, videos, and copy, tailored to each platform’s audience.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster community interaction to enhance the brand experience.

Content Creation & Campaign Management:

  • Develop compelling content that reflects Casa de Fruta’s unique history, offerings, and seasonal events, ranging from blog posts to newsletters, promotional videos, and print materials.
  • Lead the creation and execution of digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google ads, Facebook ads) to increase traffic to both physical and online storefronts.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure that the website is optimized for content and performance.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor social media, web, and sales metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize performance.
  • Compile and present monthly reports on marketing activities, providing actionable insights to management for continued improvement.

Public Relations & Media Management:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other industry partners.
  • Act as the primary contact for press inquiries and proactively pitch stories to generate media coverage.
  • Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and other promotional materials as needed.

Event Coordination & Promotions:

  • Organize and promote marketing events, such as food and wine tastings, holiday celebrations, and local festivals, that enhance customer engagement and drive foot traffic.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal teams (hospitality, retail, food, and beverage) to ensure the successful execution of promotional activities and events.

Collaboration & Sales Support:

  • Work closely with management teams to create marketing collateral that aligns with sales objectives and supports business growth.
  • Assist in the development of seasonal promotions and limited-time offers that showcase the brand's unique products and services.

Guest Communications:

  • Oversee guest service-related communication on social media and review platforms, addressing concerns or feedback to ensure high standards of service.

Industry Research & Innovation:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging marketing techniques, and competitor activities to keep Casa de Fruta’s marketing efforts fresh and competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, digital media, or public relations, ideally in the hospitality, food and beverage, or retail industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing social media platforms.
  • Strong content creation skills with experience in photo, video, and copywriting.
  • Proficient in analytics tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and SEO practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work under tight deadlines.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with event planning and execution is a plus.
