The Training Leader position at Chick-fil-A Hawks Creek is designed to give individuals the opportunity to gain leadership experience, specifically in the functional area of training and development. Starting as a Team Member, you will be trained in every area of the restaurant (eleven different areas), until you are proficient. Participants are required to work at least 30-60 days to prove themselves in the basics before we formally move forward with the promotion to leadership. If you meet the general requirements for a leadership promotion, you will begin a development process to learn to be a Training Leader. At this point, you will work a regular position in the restaurant, and be skilled/required to perform the following in addition to normal Team Member duties:
- Training and coaching new Team Members
- Watching training videos weekly to stay up to date on procedures
- Monitoring and managing training checklists for new Team Members
- Conducting 30 and 90 day performance reviews with new Team Members alongside a manager/director
- Assigning and managing virtual training content to new Team Members
- Creating new training content and video courses for new Team Members
- Conduct recurring training sessions with current Team Members before open or after close and Sundays
General Skills/Qualifications:
- Ability to work a changing schedule (evenings and mornings)
- Previous training/teaching experience is a plus
- Attention to detail
- Ability to hold people accountable to procedures and policies
