Position Summary
As a Guest Service/Sales Associate at European Wax Center, you play a pivotal role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your upbeat and friendly demeanor, coupled with your sales acumen, ensures that every guest interaction is positive and memorable.

Responsibilities: Essential Job Functions
- Greet guests with a friendly and inviting demeanor, setting the tone for a positive experience.
- Engage guests in meaningful conversations to understand their specific needs, preferences, and skincare goals.
- Proactively educate guests on all of our wax pass options, current promotions, the benefits of waxing regularly and prebooking. Being knowledgeable on all aspects of EWC including our retail line.
- Upholds Artemis Wax standards and protocols at all times. Addresses guest inquiries, book reservations, and resolve concerns in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized and inviting front desk & lobby area, upholding the brand standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment by assisting colleagues and sharing
- product knowledge.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay on top of brand knowledge and sales
- techniques.
Education / Experience / Qualifications
- One year of related service or retail experience. Strongly prefer previous sales experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions with guests.
- Can demonstrate proficiency in point-of-sale systems and computer technology.
- Ability to adapt to varying guest personalities and remain calm under pressure. Outstanding
- communication skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Work Environment
- Must be able to work effectively in stressful environments, communicate with others and accept constructive feedback from direct supervisors.
- Must be able to adapt to changes in activity frequently as the business requires.
- Most work performed indoors. Temperature is moderate and controlled.
- Must be able to stand or sit at a desk for up to hours per day. Standing, walking, and sitting are
- required. Length of time at these tasks varies from day to day.
- Must be able to exert well-paced ability to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
