We have an opening for a Director-level position at Chick-fil-A. The work schedule for this full-time position will typically be 12 PM until close each day. Please only apply if you are available to work these hours.

Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a culture of food safety and risk avoidance throughout the restaurant
- Ensure ALL TCS foods are properly labeled at ALL times
- Ensure "LEAN" system is in place and being executed consistently across all dayparts
- Develop and execute a Master Cleaning Schedule
- Become the point of contact for Health Inspections, as well as QIV and SAFE visits
- Communicate goals/results to the leadership team at each meeting
- Improve speed of service (especially after 5 PM)
- Execute daily food safety checks in the restaurant
Requirements:
- You must be authorized to work in the United States.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- You must have reliable transportation, including a current driver's license.
- You must be available to work any time, including evenings and Saturdays (time off can be requested for special events).
- You must be ServSafe certified.
- You must possess an attention to detail that is above average.
- You must be able to inspire/motivate those you lead to do their best work consistently.
- You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You must have the ability to multi-task effectively.
- You must have the ability to work as part of a leadership team to meet common goals.
- You must be able to train/develop team members to meet the standards of Chick-fil-A.
