Responsibilities:

Protect the Chick-fil-A brand at all times
Be the thought leader in the business as it pertains to sales and brand growth
Analyze sales data and trends to optimize performance and drive sales growth
Design and execute strategies that will impact the growth of sales through increased customer counts, check average, and catering
Report monthly to other members of the Senior Leadership Team about growth initiatives
Be intentional about developing relationships in the community
Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and customer satisfaction
