A leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Team Leader Responsibilities:
- Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
- Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
- Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
- Be a friendly, encouraging team player
- Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
- Count drawers and finalize day
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Qualifications and Requirements:
- At least 18 years old upon hire date
- 1+ year(s) of leadership experience leading a team of five or more people
- Reliable and timely transportation to and from work
- Available to work a variety of shifts to include daytime, swing, evenings, and weekends (Friday/Saturday)
- Ability to work 35-40 hours per week
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Strong people skills with a desire to serve and work alongside fellow Team Members
- Strong commitment to superior customer service
- Ability to address and manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues
- Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
