Being our Kitchen Team Leader requires you to work in our fast-paced, high-volume store. Kitchen Team Leader helps to train and oversee the Back-of-House, and reports to the Kitchen Director for each shift.

Responsibilities:
- Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to the Kitchen Director
- Works the different kitchen stations throughout each shift
- Models our high standard of excellence for our team and serves as an expert in the BOH
- Ensures that the shifts in the kitchen are running smoothly
- Assists with side-by-side training of new Team Members in the BOH
- Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback
- Assists with inventory & facilities management
- Complete understanding of each key position in both the back of house
- All other duties as assigned
