Primary Responsibilities:
Provides assistance to the service, bartending and host/hostess staff to help maintain the smooth
operation of guest service in the restaurant or during events.
Specific Functions and Duties:
1. Provide assorted functions such as marking guests at attendance, or cashiering drink orders.
2. Interacts with all guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere.
6. Restock service items for bartenders, i.e., glasses, bar garnishes, ice, and beer.
8. Empties trash cans when needed.
9. Complete assigned cleaning duties.
Qualification Standards:
1. Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required.
2. Mobility required during the entire shift.
3. Transports and carries objects up to 15 pounds on a regular basis.
4. Ability to wipe down table tops, table legs, pick up debris off the floor and wipe down booth seats
in all areas.
5. Must possess and/or obtain a valid Food Handlers Card prior to employment.
6. Must be 18 years of age to work evening shift.
Physical Requirements:
1. Must be able to stand and exert a well-paced mobility for periods up to four hours in length.
2. Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and other staff members.
3. Transports glass racks and cases up to 25 pounds
Wages:
1. Minimum wage plus tips.
2. Merit increases based upon performance
3. Semi-annual performance evaluations
