Primary Responsibilities: 

Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following specifications.

Specific Functions and Duties:

1. Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, and fruit juice to prepare alcoholic and non-

alcoholic beverages.

2. Pour draft beer into guest cups/glassware.

3. Serves drinks to all guests.

4. Completes assigned opening and closing side work.

5. Slices fruit and vegetable garnishes for drinks.

6. Makes change and/or completes any necessary charge card transactions.

7. Completes extra cleaning tasks as assigned.

Qualification Standards:

1. Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills required.

2. Transports and carries objects up to 15 pounds on a regular basis.

3. Ability to wipe down table tops, table legs, pick up debris off the floor and wipe down booth seats

in all areas of the restaurant.

4. Must obtain or possess and/or obtain a valid food handler’s card prior to employment.

5. Must be 21 years of age.

Physical Requirements:

1. Stands entire shift.

2. Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and other staff members.

3. Must have good sense of balance, be able to bend and kneel and lift bus trays, tubs, and glass

racks frequently weighing 25 pounds.

Wages

1. Minimum wage plus tips.

2. Merit increases based upon performance.

3. Semi-annual performance evaluations.
