We are looking for Shift Leaders to join our Dunkin' team!
Shift Leaders are responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others, celebrating successes and providing timely feedback.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members
- Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals and execution
- Ensure Brand standards are met throughout the shift including the preparation of food and beverages
- Communicate shift priorities, goals, and results to restaurant team members
- Support the training of restaurant team members as needed
- Perform oversight of franchisee safety, security, and profitability policies/processes throughout a shift
- Communicate clearly with the next Shift Leader to help prepare him/her for the shift
- Ensure Food Safety standards are met
- Manage Inventory throughout the shift
- Provide great guest service and coaches restaurant team members to do the same
- Schedule restaurant team members for shifts
Team Environment:

- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines; comply with local and state laws

- Drive sales goals and results
- Execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
- Manage cash over/short during shift
- Ensure all products are prepared according to Brand standards
Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent in English
- Spanish speaking in addition to English is a preference
- Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
- Math and writing skills
- Basic computer skills
- At least 18 years of age (where applicable)
- High School diploma or equivalent, preferred
