As a Front of House Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, taking and preparing orders, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Accurately take and prepare customer orders in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room, restrooms, and behind the front counter.
- Observe and adhere to health and sanitation guidelines.
- Ensure each guest leaves with a smile by providing attentive and efficient service.
- Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to achieve store goals including speed of service, order accuracy, and overall guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, positivity, and attention to detail.
- Physical mobility to keep up with the demands of a fast-paced work environment.
- Able to adapt to change quickly while utilizing critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Ability to stand for the duration of your shift, ranging from 3 to 8 hours.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in both hot and cold environments, both inside and outside.
- Prior experience is not required; however, a Washington Food Handlers Card, ServSafe Certification, or previous fast food/customer service experience is preferred.
