Section 1: Job Responsibilities

Lead and model Chick-fil-A Five Point's vision and values with guests and team
Recruit, select, and develop a high performance kitchen leadership team
Maximize kitchen throughput and capacity by delivering on these four key drivers: Ensure Food Safety, Improve Product Quality, Increase Production Capacity, and Enhance Team Member Environment

Section 2: Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree
10+ years of full-time senior management experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Superior analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
Prior P&L responsibility
ServSafe certification
