Section 1: Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of employees, ensuring high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction
Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, quality control, and compliance with health and safety regulations
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability
Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and personal growth

Section 2: Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
10+ years of full-time restaurant management experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Superior analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
ServSafe certification
