As a El Bolillo Crew Member – which may include baker, bread prep, cashiers, cake department, and/or utility worker – your primary responsibility is to provide every guest with great service.

• Sense of urgency- our guests expect service and products quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and safe workplace. 
• Taking care of guests, 
• Being proactive, stock up, clean up, and/or help another team member.  
• Continuous communicating with other team members.  
• Learn the menu to help guests with questions.
