Our Catering Leaders will be responsible for driving catering sales, managing existing accounts and implementing processes to streamline catering systems, supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Catering Leader will be expected to work and learn all aspects of the restaurant in addition to their catering duties.

Catering Leader Responsibilities:
- Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
- Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
- Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
- Be a friendly, encouraging team player
- Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
- Count drawers and finalize day
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Ensuring new systems are communicated and implemented
- Conducting interviews with potential new team members
- Creating sales and forming relationships with those guests
- Create and implement systems to improve and streamline our catering operation
- Organize and perform deliveries in a timely manner
- Develop and implement the organization's catering and delivery platform
- Build and lead a team of delivery drivers
- Act as a strategic partner in the outside sales department
- Develop marketing initiatives for outside sales

- Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
