Job Requirements:
The primary requirement of a Tropical Smoothie Cafe crew member is commitment to the company's purpose:

- Keep a restaurant that invites the customer to a delightful experience
Qualifications:
- Be enthusiastic, we can teach you the rest
- Must be hardworking, have integrity and exhibit a self-starter mentality
- Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment. Sense of Urgency is key!
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs. We work with school/extracurricular activity schedules.
- Must be available on weekends.
