Summary: Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots and pans
Job Type: Full time, Part time
Compensation: $17.00 (City of Seattle: $19.97 per hour) - $21.00 per hour ; participation in tip share.
Benefits:
• Paid time off, 1 hour per every 40 hours worked up to year 3; 1.54 hours per every 40 hours worked thereafter; eligible after 90 days.

We’re in search of an enthusiastic and dependable team player to join our 13 Coins family as a Dishwasher. 13 Coins is an iconic establishment that has been serving the greater Seattle area for 50+ years. We are an upscale restaurant, featuring a wide variety of menu items that are prepared in our exhibition-style kitchen. Other Responsibilities:
- Maintain dish room and dish machine
- Daily cleaning of the back of the restaurant, which includes all kitchen, storage, office and employee areas
- Wash all cooking equipment as needed including proper soaking, sorting and washing all flatware etc.
- Perform some food prep duties as directed
- Perform additional responsibilities, although not as detailed, as requested by the Lead Cook, Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager or Dining Room Manager at any time
