Craft Culture is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Servers. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and welcoming guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Guiding guests to their seats and assisting with menu recommendations.
• Taking accurate food and beverage orders using POS handheld devices.
• Serving food and drinks promptly and efficiently.
• Clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth service.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
