Quality Team Member Responsibilities:
- Maintain a caring, compassionate, and professional attitude
- Maintain a sense of urgency, flexibility and remain positive under stress
- Speak with a smile, communicate well with Customers, Team Members, and Leaders
- Must be self-sufficient, dependable, and work well without direction, once trained
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
- Stock kitchen inventory as needed
- Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
- Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
- Must take initiative to complete training and follow all recipes and procedures
- Must follow all safety, OSHA, Health Dept and Chick-fi-A policies and procedures
- Effectively perform duties and take initiative in the restaurant
- Must accept correction and be willing to change
- Needs to be able to quickly and proficiently adopt shorthand language used to identify products
- Needs to be proficient with the restaurant’s electronic resources including iPads, registers, CFA app, and any other technology platforms
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
- Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
- Consistently abide by set rules of conduct such as dress code, phone, and attendance
- Other duties as assigned
