Job Description: A kitchen team member will exhibit high-level service by preparing quality products in a timely manner, maintaining a clean work station, and showing a positive attitude towards fellow team members and guests.
Job Responsibilities:
- Food prep and order fulfillment
- Maintaining Food Safety Standards at all times
- Operating fryers, ovens, and bladed machinery
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen including dishes, floors, counters, etc.
- Fostering a positive work environment
Job Requirements:
- Willing and able to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week with availability that includes Saturdays
- Willing and able to show up on time and prepared for work each day
- Willing and able to prepare food in a timely manner and adhere to quality standards
- Willing and able to read and comprehend orders on the Kitchen Production Screen
- Willing and able to lift and carry a minimum of 30 lbs
- Willing and able to operate machinery such as pressure fryers, open fryers, trash compactors, and chicken shredders
- Willing and able to maintain cleanliness of kitchen area, including all dishes, floors, and food contact surfaces
- Willing and able to meet handbook requirements such as uniform, employee professionalism, and conduct
