Job Description - A front counter team member will exhibit high-level hospitality towards guests through positivity, punctuality, and professionalism.
Job Responsibilities
- Taking orders on a front counter register and handling cash
- Taking orders in the Drive-Thru
- Fulfilling orders and delivering them to guests
- Cleaning and organizing of the dining room and front counter/drive-thru areas
- Running the DT cashier position and handling cash
- Serving guests in the dining room (refreshing drinks, clearing trash, etc).
- Preparing and fulfilling dessert and drink orders (lemonade, coffee, milkshakes, etc.)
Job Requirements
- Willing and able to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week with availability that includes Saturdays
- Willing and able to show up on time and prepared for work each day
- Willing and able to understand and converse with guests in English
- Willing and able to lift and carry a minimum of 25-30lbs as necessary
- Willing and able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours per day
- Willing and able to exhibit a positive attitude to both guests and team members alike
- Willing and able to meet handbook requirements on hygiene and uniform including, but not limited to, food safe practices regarding hair/beard, fingernails, tattoo/piercing policy, etc.
- Willing and able to meet all handbook requirements including, but not limited to, professionalism, personal conduct, attendance, etc.
- Willing and able to perform outside positions for at least 60-90 minutes at a time (prevention measures are taken for weather/temperature)
- Willing and able to promptly complete all necessary orientation paperwork
